Jack holds a BSc in Sport and Exercise Science from the University of Wolverhampton and a PGCE in Secondary Physical Education from the University of Staffordshire. Jack joined Ridgeway eleven years ago as a PE Teacher and has since progressed through a range of senior roles, including Head of Year, Head of PE, Assistant Headteacher and Deputy Headteacher.

Appointed Head of School in 2026, he leads with a focus on high standards, strong relationships and an ambitious vision for all students. He is passionate about creating a culture where staff feel supported and empowered, and where students are challenged to achieve their full potential both academically and personally.

Alongside his role at Ridgeway, Jack is the Trust Lead for Safeguarding and Attendance across the Shires Multi Academy Trust, working collaboratively to ensure students are safe, supported and fully engaged in their education.
