Jack has a BSc in Sport and Exercise Science alongside a PGCE in Secondary Physical Education from the University of Staffordshire. He is also a Qualified SENDCo from the University of Worcester and is currently undertaking his NPQH. He joined Ridgeway Secondary School in 2015 as a PE teacher holding different roles from Head of PE to Head of Year, then moving into Senior Leadership as an Assistant Headteacher in 2020. Jack then took on Deputy Headteacher in 2022 at Ridgeway where he leads on: Safeguarding, Behaviour, Attendance, SEND and Personal Development and was appointed as Trust Lead for Safeguarding and Attendance in 2023.
