Yvonne is the Trust HR Manager.  She joined Studley High School in August 2013 as the Headteacher’s PA, a role she has continued to perform in addition to her Trust HR responsibilities.

Yvonne worked in Worcestershire Children’s Services prior to joining Studley High School and is passionate about the wellbeing and educational opportunities for all students.  

She is also passionate about the wellbeing and development of all staff within the Trust.

Yvonne has been part of the Trust from its formation in September 2020.  She continues to ensure that the Central function aspects of HR management are operating to a high level of provision.  This includes the development of a staff focussed system where compassion, balance and support contribute to making staff feel supported but also challenged in their roles.
